Data Deletion

You can delete all data Kommentum holds about you and your connected accounts at any time.

Option 1: Email us

Email hello@kommentum.com with the subject "Delete my Kommentum data" from the email address on your account, and tell us which connected accounts (YouTube channel, Instagram or Facebook username) to remove. We will confirm and delete everything within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.

Option 2: Remove Kommentum from the platform

• Instagram / Facebook: Settings → Security (or Apps and websites) → find Kommentum → Remove. When Meta tells us you removed the app, we automatically delete the data received from that account.
• YouTube / Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions → Kommentum → Remove access. Then email us to delete the stored records.

What is deleted

Your access tokens, profile information, stored comments, reply history, rules and statistics. We may keep a minimal record that a deletion was requested, and billing records that the law requires us to keep.
