Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Velnique Technologies Pvt Ltd (incorporation in progress, India), which operates Kommentum. By using Kommentum you agree to them. Contact: hello@kommentum.com.
1. The service
Kommentum lets you connect your own YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts and automatically reply to comments on your posts according to rules you set. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Your account and connected accounts
- You must be at least 18 and only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for the replies and messages your rules send, and for the links you share.
- You must follow the rules of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Meta's Terms and Platform Policies.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Kommentum to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading or illegal content, harassment, or links to malware or scams, or to contact people who did not interact with your posts. We may pause or close accounts that do.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment providers. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Founding member prices stay the same for as long as your subscription stays active.
5. Third-party platforms
Kommentum depends on the YouTube, Instagram and Facebook APIs. If a platform changes or limits its API, some features may stop working, and we are not responsible for the actions of those platforms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Kommentum is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using Kommentum and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may end the service with reasonable notice.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction, without removing any rights you have under the law of your own country.
